ITIC received reports that calls to some users are failing to go to voice mail. Upon investigating, we discovered the scope of the issue is isolated to Skype for Business on-premises accounts that have Exchange Online homed voice mail.

The ITI Systems team has successfully disabled SSL Offloading on our load balancer and enabled SSL Bridging in an effort to resolve a few different issues including Free/Busy sharing from O365 to on-prem.

Exchange Online was updated to enable Modern Authentication (OAUTH2). The Office 365 client has picked up the configuration and is using OAUTH2. Please report any email authentication issues to the service desk.
Impact: change to authentication protocol.
