A switch in the cluster reloaded. This switch has the uplinks to multiple floors. All internet access was unavailable during reload. All services were restored by 1:38pm. Root cause is under investigation.
From 8:05 am this morning to 8:18 am, a total data outage was experienced regarding any traffic outbound from the Marshall network. Technicians are going through possible configuration changes on the Adaptive Security Appliance, the edge firewall, to determine the cause of the outage.
