Telephone Outage - Lumos circuits in Chapmanville Friday 28th December 2018 03:30 AM


Tickets 130407 and 130409 were opened with Lumos around 11 am. There have been several updates throughout the day. Here is the latest: "Our vendor advised the tickets are related to an issue they have impacting multiple circuits. They have a CO tech and their NOC working to restore the services. The tech also advised he spoke with someone on site and they advised the office is closed until 1/2/19. We will send more updates as we get them."

Circuits are back up.

"The vendor replaced a DDM low speed card to restore service. The circuits restored at 11am, the tester took them down at 1:10pm for testing, both ran error-free. We’ll place both tickets in a 24hour monitor / auto-close. Please let us know if you are still experiencing problems. "
