Outlook Web App - Problem Displaying Messages Monday 22nd April 2019 09:35 AM


A problem was discovered with Outlook Web App failing to display messages. This seems to only be a problem displaying message in Outlook Web App and does not impact mail flow. ITI Systems is investigating the problem.

Impact: Some users with mailboxes hosted on-premises that use the Outlook Web App may experience this problem.

Affected Applications: Outlook Web App.

Outlook web has been operational since Monday evening. No reported issues related to this problem. Ticket with Microsoft closed.

Outlook Web is currently fully functional and operational. Microsoft suspects it may be a bug or a load issue. We are watching it overnight and will follow up with MS in the morning once the load picks back up.

There will be intermittent outages while implementing changes for the potential fix. We appologize for the inconvenience.
