A server hosting Exchange 2016 mailbox databases had a failure and rebooted. ITI Systems is investigating the cause of the failure.
Impact: Minimal impact. The mailbox databases failed over on surviving peers

Astra Schedule was temporarily unavailable from approximately 3:30 - 4:30pm Friday 1/11 due to a code change which caused the application to become unstable.

The FS8600 which is servicing departmental file shares (MUNAS) experienced a controller failure this morning around 3:41 AM. We are working with the vendor to restore the controller.
Impact: At this time minimal impact. Shares are being serviced from the surviving controller at this time. This can change.
Affected Applications: File shares at: \marshall.edu\munet\Departments, \marshall.edu\munet\admapps, and any other specific shares serviced by MUNAS.
Tickets 130407 and 130409 were opened with Lumos around 11 am. There have been several updates throughout the day. Here is the latest: "Our vendor advised the tickets are related to an issue they have impacting multiple circuits. They have a CO tech and their NOC working to restore the services. The tech also advised he spoke with someone on site and they advised the office is closed until 1/2/19. We will send more updates as we get them."
