An internet service disruption occurred on 04/02 @ 2:10 pm due a SNORT process crash on the SourceFire Modules in the firewall. We are working with the vendor on this issue and will update this maintenance item after the investigation.

Impact: High

Affected Applications: Internet traffic and VPN services.

Network (Wired Access): ASA and IDS Software Upgrades - maynar12

AnyConnect Client, Firepower Management Console, Drinko SourceFire Module and DL-ASA were upgraded without issues. Due to redundancy no outages occurred. Currently observing behavior. If no issues are reported or observed I plan to upgrade the PH ASA and SourceFire Module this weekend.

ITIC has received multiple reports of wide spread issues related to viewing and printing faxes from 3/19 and before.

Phone Service: RightFax database migration and roll back - mccoyb

ITIC worked with our vendor to migrate to a new database for the RightFax server. The migration was unsuccessful. We rolled back to the original database. Outages were between 7:45 pm and 8:20 pm then again at 10:10 pm and 10:20 pm. All services have been restored. Migration will be rescheduled.

Impact: All RightFax services
