Purpose: Restrict Banner 8 Forms access to only Marshall Custom Forms. Additionally, an issue with mail.marshall.edu and workflow email was identified and a change to outlookweb.marshall.edu needs to be made to ensure all email gets sent and received.
Impact: For forms, most of the delivered forms will no longer be available after the maintenance. For workflow emails should work with out interuption.
Affected: For forms users still using Banner 8 delivered forms will need to migrate to Banner 9. For workflow users will loose access briefly while the re-configured application is deployed.
